Lockdown Virtual Estimate
Our virtual e-marketing campaign has been a huge success over the last 5 weeks and despite lockdown, we've concluded 14 deeds of sale!
We'd like to invite you to make use of our "Lockdown Virtual Estimate" (LVE) service, should you wish to sell your home or update the marketing price estimate on your property.
How it works:
- Email / WhatsApp to us:
- Photos of your property (yes, you may take it yourself),
- The property address,
- Size of the buildings,
- And (if available), the architect / approved plans of the house;
- The area agent will call to confirm receipt of the information and if required, request additional photos or further details of the property.
- Within 48 hours, we'll send you our Lockdown Virtual Estimate of a realistic marketing price of your property based on the information received and comparative sales in the area;
- Should you agree, your property could then be uploaded on our digital marketing platforms;
- The LVE is subject to a physical inspection by our agent as soon as the lockdown is lifted;
- In the meantime, we can take offers on your property subject to viewing by the purchaser after lockdown.
